Down Up North is one of 25 parent groups sponsored by the Down Syndrome Association of Minnesota. Down Up North is a group of parents and families with individuals with Down syndrome. Our goal is to provide support and encouragement through various activities such as our monthly parent group, the Step Up for Down Syndrome Walk and parent-to-parent mentoring. By working together within our community, we hope to create happier, healthier lives through love to our children with Down syndrome.

Mom's Group
First monday of the month. Meet at Grizzly's at 6:30pm to chat and share stories of out little ones.
